Aptiva - 2138-E86/96 Considerations: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0

During installing Internet Explorer 4.0, one file pop-up message occurs stating version conflict. Detail: 1. Click "install Internet Explorer 4.0" icon and select standard installation to install it. 2. During installing Internet Explorer 4.0 one file (danim.dll ] pop up message said version conflict. Answer / Workaround: Accept newer file (which is the default action) Severity: 3 Preload(s): J43CF03

The used space of HDD cannot be shown in the total capacity of HDD. Detail: To recreate the issue, follow these steps: 1. Open "My Computer" icon on the desktop. 2. Right-click "Aptiva (c:)" and select Properties. 3. In the window of Aptiva (c:) Properties , you will see the chart with incorrect HDD space used/available values. Answer / Workaround: This is a limitation of the Operating System. No workarounds available at this time. Severity: 2 Preload(s): J43US05, J43CF03
