Aptiva - Communications Center does not recognize remote password 1001

Problem:
After upgrading the Aptiva Communications Center, Aptiva Communications Center does not recognize the remote
password 1001.
Solution:
Manually reset the remote mailbox password to 1001.
Procedure to manually reset password:
To Reset the remote password of the General Mailbox to 1001.
1) Select DOS Prompt
2) cd to c:\phoenix
3) Copy tam.ini and tam.org to use as a backup in case there is a failure
4) Edit tam.ini with the command, "e tam.ini"
5) Locate the line for the General Mailbox by going to Search and typing the search string General.
Note the bottom line of the e editor should look like L/General/
6) Edit the line so that it reads: 0=General!HJKHRNHJ
7) Save and exit
8) The password should now be set to 1001
