Aptiva - Microsoft Works chart or drawing in word processor does not print

Symptom:
When Draft Quality Printing is selected in the Print dialog box, your chart, drawing, or other inserted object may display correctly on the screen in print preview; however, the printout may be blank.
Solution:
1. From the File menu, choose Printer Setup and make sure that the printer is set up for the highest graphic resolution or that Letter Quality is selected. Choose the OK button to close this dialog box.
2. From the File menu, choose Print. If the Draft Quality Printing check box is selected, clear it and continue printing.
Note:
Selecting Draft Quality Printing during printing will also cause field lines and gridlines in a spreadsheet or database not to print.
