Aptiva - Changing print size in Microsoft Works

To change the size of your print, follow these steps:
1. Highlight the text to be formatted. To do this, use either the "F8" key or "drag" your mouse.
2. Select Format from the Works menu bar.
3. Choose Font and Style.
4. Select the size of print you desire from the Size box.
5. Select OK or press "Enter".
Note:
Works measures font size in units called points. A point is 1/72 of an inch. Some printers present font sizes in terms of pitch, which indicates the number of characters per inch (cpi) that will appear horizontally on a line. To convert pitch to points, divide 120 by the pitch. For example, 10 pitch is equivalent to 12 points (120/10 = 12); the larger the point size, the larger the characters.
