Aptiva - 2159 Considerations - Cannot connect to Internet Connection Phone

Steps to Replicate :
1. Start IC Phone.
2. Enter E-mail address in the Setup window (name@aol.com). The Server and Voice Mode fields are filled in.
3. Select OK.
4. A notification window tells me IC Phone could not connect to the server I selected, then
"To connect to the IBM IC Phone server:
1. Make sure you are connected to your Internet provider.
2. Select a server from the server list"
Problem:
The customer may be using an Internet Provider such as AOL or Prodigy.
Workaround:
1. The customer needs to use a TCP/IP connection for an internet provider.
