Aptiva - False error message in registration

Symptom:
After Aptivize, before the Registration screen pops up, a message appears telling the user that the Registration program has already been run. The user has the option to re-run the registration (start it over), cancel the registration or 'pick-up where they left off'.

Work Around:
If the user selects 'rerun' or 'pick-up whey they left off', the first registration screen appears allowing the user to register. If they cancel to register later, the user will again receive the message telling them that the registration has already been run. The error message is not in fact true. The user can register at any time.
