P200 Monitors - Video settings window is split at 648X480 60HZ interlaced

Symptom:
After selecting "Stereo" from the "Video Configuration" window and choosing a resolution of 640x480 at 60Hz interlaced, the information and adjustment windows are split between the top and bottom of the screen.
Problem isolation aids:
This tip applies to all IBM IntelliStation Systems installed with the Intergraph Intense 3D video adapter and using a model 6555-773 P200 monitor.
Fix:
None for the model 6555-773 P200 monitor.
The selections for 640x480, and 800x600 60Hz interlaced have been removed from the video driver for the model 6555-773 P200 monitor. It is recommended that the user allow the DDC monitor function to set the optimal refresh rate settings for the model 6555-773 P200 monitor.
