General Information
This UltraslimBay DVD option is available for the ThinkPad 570, 600 and 600E systems. The ThinkPad 600E and 570 use the Pentium II 300 MHz processor or faster with advanced graphics port (AGP) and a video chip with motion compensation for DVD movie playback. IBM strongly recommends using an MPEG-2 PCMCIA DVD adapter for previously announced ThinkPad 600's. IBM's ThinkPad Proven program has selected MARGI systems DVD-to-Go as the recommended MPEG-2 DVD PCMCIA adapter for improved movie viewing and for playback of most multimedia full-motion DVD applications. Features include:

Installs in the UltraBay of the ThinkPad 600 and 600E
Installs in the UltaslimBay of the 570 UltraBase
Takes advantage of the existing Zoom Video port on the ThinkPad 600
