IBM IntelliStation Z Pro (Type 6865) - Norton Antivirus fails after UMA installation

SYMPTOM:
When attempting to install Norton Antivirus after Universal Management Agent (UMA) has been installed and the system restarted, the Norton Antivirus installation returns the following, or similar error:

"ERROR, Antivirus: Component move data error information.
Media name: data component
File group file c:\temp\pfta tmp\data1.cab
Erorr number, 113 (refer to online help)"

PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies, but is not limited to the IBM IntelliStation Z Pro Series 6865 systems where the UMA application has been installed prior to installing Norton Antivirus.

The error condition may be seen in other IBM PC or IntelliStation systems where UMA and Norton Antivirus are installed.

FIX:
After the error message is displayed, close the error message window and re-start the Norton Antivirus installation. The installation will complete successfully.
