Aptiva - 2144 Stack fault errors running Quicken 4.0 and PFS: WindowWorks

Question:
I am getting Stack Fault errors whenever I run Quicken 4.0 and PFS: WindowWorks/Power Album, while Faxworks Call Center is active. How can I correct this?
Answer:
You need disable the Faxworks Command Button (the button at the top left corner of an active Window), to prevent this
error. To do so:
1. Open the "CALL CENTER" main screen.
2. Click on "MORE" then click on "PREFERENCES".
3. Now click on the "COMMAND BUTTON" folder tab.
4. Click on "DISABLE COMMAND BUTTON" and finally click on "OK".
