Aptiva - How to get a DOS prompt when booting from the Diagnostic CD
Applicable to: United States
When booting from Diagnostic & Utilities CD, the menu offers only three choices - Easy Diagnostics, Advanced Diagnostics or Anti-Virus. Type in the number "0" to get directly to an A:\ prompt. All of the DOS functions are available: EDIT, FORMAT, FDISK, SCANDISK, ATTRIB & CHKDSK
