Aptiva - Modem selection for Mwave and Compuserve

Symptom:
If you are having trouble getting the Mwave modem to work in Compuserve Information Manager (CIM), and you do not have an "Aptiva Mwave Modem" or "Mwave 28,800 Modem" selection in the list of modems, try the following. This usually only applies if CIM was not preloaded but added on by the user.
Fix:
Use the BEST DATA ACE 5000. Leave DATA COMPRESSION (OFF) and ERROR CORRECTION (ON).
