TP 380,385,560 - Device Manager reports 2MB less than the total memory installed

SYMPTOM:
In Windows 95 Control Panel - System the machines reports 14MB rather than 16MB of memory.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 380,385, or 560 using CardSoft PCMCIA drivers in Windows 95.
SOLUTION:
This is because the SystemSoft PCMCIA drivers which are required for ZV cards to work take up the additional 2MB. This is not a hardware problem. If the drivers are removed (see other article) then the memory is available again.
