Crossbrand - The Task Wizard has an invalid path or is missing

Symptom:
Error message: "The Task Wizard has an invalid path or is missing."
Problem Isolation Aid:
None
Fix:
The file VBRUN300.DLL is missing or has been removed from the system. Uninstalling the Windows Tour is the cause in most cases of the file being removed. Go into windows setup... (located in add/remove programs) go into accessories .... if there is a check mark already there remove then add the "WINDOWS 95 TOUR" selection back...if no check mark .. then just add this selection ...no need to shutdown
