Netfinity 5500 - No video during POST after reboot or power cycle

Abstract: NO VIDEO DURING POST AFTER REBOOT OR POWER CYCLE

SYMPTOM:
The system displays NO video during POST which may be accompanied by POST beeps (beep code varies) after a reboot or power cycle. This symptom occurs only in a dual processor system if the processor stepping levels are different.
