Aptiva - Quick-dial buttons in Ring Central reset

Symptom:
When a customer uses Ring Central to set up preset dial buttons in the address book, the buttons are functional and can be used to dial at that time. However, when the user exits Ring Central, and restarts it, the preset dial buttons are blank.

Solution:
The problem occurs if the customer fails to close the quickdial option before closing Ring Central, because closing the option is what initiates the program to write the data into the ".ini" file.

Closing the quickdial option after adding entries allows the data to be saved and will be available the next time the program is started. One word of caution: If new data is added at a later time and the quickdial option is not closed first, ALL new AND previous data will be lost.
