Aptiva - Support options for Lotus SmartSuite bundled with Aptivas

Aptiva systems which shipped with Lotus SmartSuite after January 1, 1997 are not entitled to FREE telephone support from Lotus. Lotus will provide support for a fee, or the customer can choose any of Lotus' electronic options.
Available support options include the following:

Telephone Support:
Within the HelpWare Up and Running period (30 days from date of purchase), the HelpCenter will help to ensure that the icons launch properly and that SmartSuite installs correctly. All technical support outside the 30 day Up and Running period is provided on a FEE basis. Each support 'incident' is handled on a best-effort basis--for a $35.00 Helpware fee. Telephone numbers vary by geography, please refer to the documentation that came with your computer for the appropriate telephone number for you.
