Situation:
Dependent upon where in the graphics screen the window is located, the customer may get partial video on M series Aptivas preloaded with Windows 3.1.
Reason:
There is a problem with the preload drivers working in this resolution.
Response to customer:
The customer will need to use a lower resolution or get the updated video drivers. The drivers file is UX601_11.ZIP. It is a zip file of a diskette for installing UX6.01 (11) level Trident Windows 3.1 drivers. The file is available for download from the PC Company BBS at (919) 517-0001. The file is located in the Corrective Service Software section.
