Aptiva - Problems with 'Select Cover Sheet' options in Microsoft Fax

In Microsoft Fax, if you try to create a fax, or print to MSFax, and the option for Select Cover Sheet is 'greyed out' preventing you from being able to 'select' or 'add', do the following:
1. Go to Add/Remove Programs, then WindowsSetup.
2. Remove the check for MSFax. (No need to do anything with Exchange or Mail)
3. Reboot the system.
4. Go back to Add/Remove Programs and add MSFax again. The cover sheets will now be available.
Problem can also occur if Archive attribute has been removed from the .CPE files. Archive attribute is often removed by backup programs.
1. Go to Windows Explorer (START>PROGRAMS>WINDOWS EXPLORER).
2. Select "view" from menu bar on top and then select "all details".
3. Select "view" again and select "options".
4. Make sure there is a check mark in the "all files" box and no check mark in "hide MS-DOS extensions........". If you do not do this, you will be unable to find files with ".cpe" extension.
5. Locate the windows folder and open it. Locate a file with ".cpe" extension (1st one should be called "confidential.cpe").
6. Using the right mouse button, click on this file. Then select "properties", using left mouse button, from the menu.
7. Click on the "archive" check box to select it and then click "OK".
8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for each file with ".cpe" extension in the windows folder. There are 4 files (called Cover Page...):

Urgent!
9. If you created cover page designs, you will need to rename them.
