If you are having difficulty using Internet Phone you may try disabling compression.
This is how you disable off V.42 compression with an Mwave modem and Windows '95:
Open the My Computer" folder
Open the "Dial-up Networking" folder
Right click on "IBM Global Network" icon, then select properties
Click on "Configure" button
Click on the "Connection" tab
Click on the "Advanced" button
Remove the check-mark from the "Compress data" box
In a Windows 3.11 computer, use AT... "H0,NULL" in the INIT string for your dialer.
