Aptiva - What can constitute a safety issue?

If you have a machine that has literally smoked, caught fire, electrically shocked you, cut you, or the odor coming
from the machine is overwhelming, or any physical injury has occurred, it is an alleged safety issue.
The machine involved is: designed, manufactured, marketed, or supplied by IBM.
If your office machine has a safety issue, contact your ISSC office immediately. If the machine is a home computer, contact your local IBM HelpCenter immediately and ask to speak with a Lead Product Specialist.
