Aptiva - Ring Central will not sort Phone Log by Last Name

Applicable to: World-Wide

Problem:
If the phone log is selected to sort by last name, an empty window is displayed.

Steps to Replicate the problem:
1. Make and receive phone calls using RingCentral
2. Check the phone log by clicking on 'DIALING' and then on 'LOG'
3. Click on the 'FILTER' button.
4. Enter a last name in the 'LAST NAME FIELD' that appears on the log.
5. Click on 'OK'.

Results:
Ring Central will not show the item in the log requested, even though you entered it by last name.

Solution:
None.
