TP 600 - Replacement hard drives do not come with hard disk shield

SYMPTOM:
When replacing the hard drive, the replacement drive does not have the Hard Disk Shield FRU # 05K4752.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 600 or 600E when replacing the hard drive.
SOLUTION:
Take the Hard Disk Shield FRU # 05K4752 off of the failed drive and re-install on the new replacement drive.
