PS/1-Aptiva - How do you sort a spreadsheet in Microsoft Works?

Applicable to: United States

Data can be sorted in a similar fashion as Lotus 123, but you use different commands. Rows containing text or numbers may be sorted in ascending or descending order. First, select the row you want to sort (highlight the first cell, press [F8], and move the cursor to the last cell in that row). Next, choose "Sort Rows" from the Select menu. Now select either "Ascend" or "Descend".

Notice that three columns may be sorted at one time.

See "Sorting Text, Dates, or Values" in the Spreadsheet section of your Microsoft(R) Works Reference for additional information.
