IBM IntelliStation/IBM PC - "Required System Component Is Not Installed" error message booting from PC DOS 7.0 diskette with Windows 95 pre-installed on hard drive

SYMPTOM:
A message "Required system component is not installed" appears when booting PCDOS 7.0 from diskette if hard file has Windows 95 OSR2.x pre-loaded.
FIX:
No fix is necessary. The PCDOS 7.0 diskette will boot successfully following the error message. Do not replace hardware.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This message is displayed because the disk compression driver for Windows 95 OSR2.x, "C:\DBLSPACE.BIN" or "C:\DRVSPACE.BIN" cannot be loaded by PCDOS 7.0. Removing these files from the root directory (NOT RECOMMENDED) can prevent the error from appearing in the future.
