Aptiva - Speeding up the printing time for a printer in Windows
Applicable to: United States
1. Try the Generic (text-only) printer driver.
NOTE:
This may prevent you from seeing TrueType fonts in your Windows applications
2. For dot matrix printers, try 360 x 180 DPI for lighter, faster printing.
3. Turn off the "TrueType Only" box in the FONTS section of your Control Panel to gain access to the faster, internal printer fonts.
