Aptiva - Mouse disappears in Operator's Fax Centre
Applicable to: AP-S
Problem:
When using the Communication Center - Fax center option, the mouse pointer disappears.
Solution:
This problem is caused by pending faxes. Delete the pending faxes from the C:\Phoenix\Fax\Queue\Out directory.
Pending faxes start with a Z.
Do not delete the PTSFAX file.
