TP General - Windows 95/98 text message appears when using Windows NT Recovery CD

SYMPTOM:
During the start of the recovery process for a Windows NT preload, a Windows 95/98 text message appears instead of one for Windows NT.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad that came with Windows NT preinstalled from the factory and received a Recovery CD with the ThinkPad.
SOLUTION:
The IBM Thinkpad recovery CD process currently uses the same Windows 95/98 text message for all of its Recovery CD's, regardless of the preload actively being reloaded. This Windows 95/98 text message will appear even if the preload being restored is Windows NT. The license agreement is legal for the preload being installed.
