TP General - How to Modify the Startup in Easy-Setup

How to Change the Startup Sequence on your ThinkPad using Easy-Setup.

1. Ensure that ThinkPad is turned off.
2. Press and Hold the F1 key down.
3. Turn on Power while still holding F1.
4. Once in Easy-Setup, Click on Start-Up.
5. Click on the RESET icon to remove any previous Sequence. Note: This puts the system into default, FDD-1, HDD-1.
6. Now click on the icon for the first device you want the computer to use. (e.g. FDD-1.)
7. Next click on the icon for the next device you want the computer to use. (e.g. HDD-1.) Note: You may continue adding device until all four boxes are filled.
8. Click OK to exit, then click on RESTART.
9. Click on OK again and unit will reboot using the new startup sequence.
