Rapid Access Keyboard - None of the buttons work

Applicable to: AP-S, Canada, EMEA, United States

Environment:
Windows 98 or Windows 95.

Symptom/Error:
None of the buttons work.

Solution:
Make sure that the Rapid Access buttons are enabled in the Preferences menu inside the Rapid Access software.
To enable the buttons:
1. Start the Rapid Access software.
2. In the first panel of the software, click Customize.
3. In the Customization panel, click Preferences.
4. Click Enable Rapid Access Buttons, and then click OK.
5. Click Cancel to exit the software.

If you are typing and letters do not appear on the screen, make sure that the keyboard is plugged into your computer.
