IBM PC300GL (Type 6277) - iShare fails under Windows NT and Service Pack 4

SYMPTOM:
After installing Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Service Pack 4, the Artisoft iShare application fails to launch, or causes the system to hang.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies to IBM PC300GL Series 6277 systems running Windows NT 4.0 and upgraded to Service Pack 4, or preinstalled with Windows NT 4.0 and Service Pack 4.
FIX:
Download and install Artisoft iShare patch, filename ISHARSP4.EXE.
