Aptiva - Long delays on Communication Center messages
Applicable to: World-Wide
If you have set up Communication Center to work as an answering machine, you may have noticed unusually long delays (10+ seconds) before the caller hears the additional messages which you have recorded for mailboxes other than the General Mailbox. To shorten these delays, instruct the caller to press the number of the mailbox AND THEN THE POUND-SIGN KEY.
