PS/1 - Are Works printer drivers available from America Online?
Applicable to: United States
Works printer drivers are available for downloading from America Online. These drivers include the supplemental printer drivers, as well as new drivers. A typical printer driver download session will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
After you sign on to America Online, follow these steps:
1. Click on Go To from the menu bar.
2. Select Departments, and choose Computing & Software".
3. Select the Software Center icon.
4. Select the Search icon.
5. Type PRINTER DRIVERS and press [Enter].
6. You can select Read Description for more information about a highlighted file.
7. When you are ready to download the printer driver needed, click on the Download Now icon. You may want to download the file to your WORKS\PROGRAM\ subdirectory.
