Aptiva - 2158/2163/2164 Considerations - Missing IGN and Netscape icons in Online Services folder

Description:
Missing IGN and Netscape Communicator icons in Online Services folder after un/reinstall them.
Models affected:
2158, 2163, and 2164
How to duplicate:
1. Open Aptiva installer and Uninstall IGN.
2. Click Show Uninstalled Programs and install IGN.
3. Go to the Online Services folder, there aren't any IGN and Netscape Communicator icons.
Root cause:
IGN and Netscape install files only have the capability to add their icons under the Start Menu\Programs folder.
To be consistent with the others ISP, the build added IGN/Netscape icons to Online Services folder, that way all
ISP will be under the same directory.
After uninstall IGN/Netscape, the icons in OLS folder are removed. After that those icons are gone, there is not a way to put them back,
since them was put by build, not by IGN/Netscape applications. This is why when IGN is reinstalled it wont add its icons to OLS folder.
Workaround:
The customer is able to launch those applications from desktop or from Start Menu\Programs folder.
