PS/1-Aptiva - Copying or moving several files simultaneously in File Manager

To copy or move several files at once into a backup folder, follow these steps:

1. To highlight two or more adjacent files, highlight the first file, then press and hold down the Shift key while highlighting the remaining files to be copied or moved.

To highlight two or more non-adjacent files using the mouse, highlight the first file, then press and hold down the Ctrl key while highlighting the rest of the files to be copied or moved.

2. From the File menu choose either Move or Copy.

3. In the To box type the destination path. All files will be moved to the new directory.
