TP 760E/ED/EL/ELD - Battery icon not working

SYMPTOM:
The battery indicator icon on the task bar wasn't there. Going into Control Panel, looking at the power icon, the option to ENABLE the Power meter was greyed out.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 760E/ED/EL/ELD running Windows 95.
SOLUTION:
In this particular instance, the problem was traced to the file RF32VOX.VXD. This file is from a VOX Internet Phone program which allows you to talk over the internet. Contact VOX to see if they have an updated driver.
