Aptiva - Ring Central voice remote and accessing new E-mail messages

Situation: While using Voice Remote Access for Ring Central (Version 3.x), the user is unable to have new E-mail message read to them over the telephone, but using the buttons on the telephone to do a manual/touch tone remote retrieval works fine.

Solution: The product is not designed to allow a customer to have E-mail messages read to him/her over the phone using voice remote. The customer must use the buttons on the phone to allow him/her to have the E-mail read over the phone.
