TP 701 - Failure to boot when placed into the Dock II

SYMPTOM:
When a ThinkPad 701 is installed on a Dock-2 using a ThinkPad Dock II Adapter and the base I/O address of the Dock-2 SCSI
controller is changed to 140h (from the default of 340h), the 701 willl fail to boot and will post a 611 error.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 701 installed into the Dock II docking station.
SOLUTION:
Do not use I/O 140h for the SCSI controller if the Dock II is being used with the ThinkPad 701.
