Aptiva - 2161/2162/2176 Intermittent modem or sound card problems

System has intermittent connectivity problems with Modem or Sound cards.
Due to a process problem, a small number of systems have been shipped with connectivity problems on the riser. The symptom of this is apparent failure of hardware connected to the riser.

Fix:
Replug the riser and associated cards as follows.
1. Insert the riser card into the planar.
2. Insert the Sound card/Modem card into the riser.
3. Tighten securing screws to fix cards to system base.
4. Tighten securing screws to fix riser card to system base
If the failure persists,continue with normal problem determination.
