Aptiva - MWME0001 Mwave internal error using Ring Central

Problem:
After a Rapid Resume the Mwave card may not release the phone line. Then, the user will receive an Mwave Error: MWME0001: Mwave Internal Error

If the user closes and restarts Ring Central the modem will not release the line.
Solution:
Power the system off. Restart the computer.
