Rapid Access Keyboard - Pressing one button activates two functions

Environment:
Windows 95 or 98.
Symptom/Error:
Your computer seems to detect multiple button pushes, when only one button was pressed.
Solution:
Change your keyboardÆs Repeat Delay settings:
1. Select Start, Settings, Control Panel, and then double-click Keyboard (not the Rapid Access keyboard).
2. Select the Speed tab, move the Repeat Delay slider all the way to the right side (labeled ôShortö), and click OK.
