Aptiva - Lucent Modem and PBX

Problem: Customer is trying to use the modem over a pbx.
Solution: You should state that the use over a Private Broadcast Exchange (Private Telephone Switch) is not supported but:
* If the customer has an analog PBX then usually all he has to do is to uncheck "Wait for Dial Tone Before Dialing" box in the modem properites in Windows 95. The problem is usually that the PBX tone is not recognised by the modem which doesn't get off square one.
* If the customer has a digital PBX, then he can purchace the OBI Digital Phone System Enabler.
