Aptiva - Setting up Fax on Demand in Ring Central

Applicable to: World-Wide

1. Open the document you wish to fax.
2. Print the document, choosing Ring Central as you printer.
3. Ring Central fax will start.
4. The Send fax window will come up.
5. Click on the 'print to file' button.
6. The 'save as' dialog comes up.
7. Go back to the Ring Central main window.
8. Choose Greetings, then Fax-on-demand.
9. Clisk on Add.
10. Click on 'fax document' button.
11. Select 'from file'.
12. Choose 'browse'.
13. Select the file.
14. Click on OK, then OK again.
15. You should now be back in the 'setup fax-on-demand' window.
16. Record the voice prompt.
17. Click OK.

You should now be back at the main Ring Central window. Fax on Demand is configured.
