2. An intermittent or solid white screen failure symptom.
Prerequisites: NONE

Detail:
Some 10.4 inch TFT LCD displays, FRU P/N74H0621, used on the 365X and 365XD systems may intermittently or solidly fail with a blank white screen.
Systems with this failure should have the LCD panel replaced with current stock of FRU P/N74H0621 using this ECA.
All LCD FRUs P/N74H0621 with this quality condition have been purged from FRU stock.
Notes:
This ECA's expiration date is 10/31/1999.
Order all FRU parts locally, and record Time and Material to service code 33, ECA 007, and OTHER OFFICE 990.
This ECA is Non-Billable as long as it is Active.
