IBM IntelliStation M Pro (Type 6889) - Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 hangs intermittently with LANDesk

SYMPTOM:
When running both LANDesk and Internet Explorer 4.0, customers may experience intermittent hangs when using the Active Desktop, Channel Bar, or Internet Explorer 4.0.
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies, but is not limited to, IBM IntelliStation M Pro Series 6889 systems preloaded with Windows NT or Windows 95 running LANDesk, Internet Explorer 4.0, and Active Desktop.

Download and install Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 Service Pack 1 from the following Internet URL:
