Aptiva - How to install / uninstall Triple Play Plus Language Sampler
Applicable to: United States
To install the Language Sampler onto your Aptiva:
1. From the Windows 95 desktop, double click on the Aptiva Installer
2. Insert the Language Sampler CD into the CD-ROM drive and wait for the drive light to go on and then off
3. Click on the "find install program" button
4. From the next window that appears, click once on the TPP Sampler icon to highlight it. Then click on install
5. Click on standard and then click on continue
6. A new window appears with the install path set as C:\TPP5DEMO. Click continue to continue
7. When setup is done, a window will appear saying setup complete; click OK
8. At the next information window click OK
9. Click exit to exit Aptiva Installer and return to your desktop
To remove the Language Sampler from your hard disk:
1. From the Windows 95 desktop, click on start, shutdown, choose the option to restart in msdos mode and click on yes
2. At the C:\WINDOWS> prompt, type cd\<ENTER>
3. At the C:\> prompt, type deltree tpp5demo<ENTER>
4. Answer yes to delete subdirectories by typing y<ENTER>
5. At the C:\> prompt type exit to return to windows
