IBM 3153 ASCII Terminal Display - Displays double shell prompts

Symptom:
When a return or enter key is pressed, AIX displays two shell prompts.
Background Information:
When a return or key is pressed, the 3153 is sending a Carriage Return <CR> and a Line Feed <LF> ASCII control character to the host. The host interprets as two keys are being pressed which results in two shell prompts displayed.
Recommended Solution:
In 3153 setup menu, set 'New Line'='<CR>'
