PC Server 330 - Intermittent RAID problems (EMEA only)

Symptom
System is experiencing intermittent RAID problems.

Problem Isolation Aids
System is PC SERVER 330 Models PB0, PM0 PT0 or 11Y. System has 'Intermittent' RAID problems.

Fix
- Check Planar card installed in the server. (FRU p/n 60H8109)
- Locate the planar card serial number label, in the bottom left corner of the planar card.
- The card serial number is in the following format XXXXXYYYXXX
- If characters YYY are any of the following combinations:

7AI,7AJ,7AK,7AL,7AM,7AN,7AO,7AP,7AQ,7AR,7AS,7AT,7AU or 7AV

The first action should be to replace the planar using FRU part number 60H8109.

If replacing the planar does not resolve the problem, continue with normal problem determination procedures.
