Aptiva - 2140/2142 Considerations - IBM Internet Connection

Modem properties button does nothing.
Detail:
When going through setup for the FIRST TIME, the "Modem Properties" button does nothing when clicked.
Answer / Workaround:
The modem properties button is designed to bring up the DUN (Dial Up Networking) properties for the modem. If you have not yet setup a DUN, there is nothing for IGN to display. Once you have completed setup for IBM Internet Connection, or any other DUN, the Modem Properties button will work properly.
