Aptiva - Error in CWB3DSND when exiting CompuServe

Situation:
You receive an error in the cwb3dsnd file when exiting CompuServe

Symptom:
While using the CompuServe online service, you may experience a lockup in the CompuServe program. When you exit the CompuServe program, you may receive an error message concerning the CWB3DSND file.

Solution:
Download and install the latest version of the CompuServe client software. This can be found on the CompuServe service by using GoWord: CISSOFT. You can either download the latest version of the program or you can order it on a CD from CompuServe. At the time of this writing, the latest version is 3.04.
